Calibration settings IRVIS-UPG et al.
The IRVIS-UPG gas dynamic calibration unit is designed to perform verification of industrial meters, flow meters and gas flow meters.
- According to the upper limit of the reproducible flow rate, the installation has four modifications, which are indicated by:
- IRVIS-UPG-2500 – upper limit up to 2500 m3/h;
- IRVIS-UPG-5000 - upper limit up to 5000 m3/h;
- IRVIS-UPG-7500 - upper limit up to 7500 m3/h;
- IRVIS-UPG-12000 - upper limit up to 12000 m3/h.
Technical characteristics of the installation
- The range of reproducible installation costs is from 0.025 to 12000 m3/h.
- The limit of the relative error of the installation when measuring the volumetric air flow is not more than ± 0.3%.
- Reference flow converters are a set of critical nozzles.
- The verification medium is air.
- Installation weight not more than: IRVIS-UPG-2500, kg 850 IRVIS-UPG-5000, kg 850 IRVIS-UPG-7500, kg 1500 IRVIS-UPG-12000, kg 1500
- The full service life of the installation with the use of spare parts and routine maintenance is 20 years.
- Overall and connecting dimensions of the installation with an upper limit of reproducible flow rate up to 5000 m3/h.
